The more you advance in the game, the bigger the challenge of keeping the grid as empty as possible will be. Combinations will turn next to impossible, especially as the path for moving a bubble from one place to another will be hindered by others appearing in all the wrong places, as to make it nearly impossible to make your pairs.
The purpose of the game is to form horizontal, vertical or diagonal lines from five or more smiley things (think those horrendously irritating 'Download hundreds of smileys' website advertisements) of the same colour. Do so and the line disappears, granting you some of those lovely points.
My only recommendation there is that since each smiley has its own unique flair visually, they each should have had their own sound effects as well. Maybe we’ll see that happen if there’s a third round in the Lines series.
